In his last role, Lou led global channel development and revenue performance at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), pioneering a global partner ecosystem, resulting in record-breaking performance. He has also served at IBM as Director of Global Partner Sales, overseeing a worldwide team of channel sales and business development managers and managing an ecosystem of over 3,200 business partners.
