Aparna Mehta

As a Vice President of Global Customer Solutions at UPS, Aparna is skilled at assessing business processes to develop innovative solutions that are profitable and enhance customer experiences. She has been engaged with inspiring teams to peak performance and developing future leaders for more than two decades. She holds two master’s degrees: an MBA and a master’s in Applied Computer Science from Illinois State University. In her spare time, she serves as a board member of a non-profit – Ahaana.org, where they work to uplift women survivors of abuse and acid attack. She is also a mother to her beautiful daughter, Ashna Shroff, and enjoys traveling, music, dancing, and yoga.
