As the Chief Customer Officer, Brian is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional SYSPRO customer experiences at every touchpoint: from implementation and customer support to professional services, education, and training.
Brian’s passion lies in addressing the unique needs of SYSPRO customers, enabling them to easily adapt and reach strategic goals. By developing strategies to provide customers with the solutions that matter most to them, customers are able to uncover the data and insights to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and financial results. His ultimate goal is to empower US customers to take the next step – whether it is expanding into new territories, adding new product lines, transforming business processes, or driving innovation.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the software, manufacturing, and services industries, Brian recognizes customers’ demands from a 360° perspective. Prior to joining SYSPRO, he served as Chief Operating Officer for a manufacturer of complex components and assemblies for the aerospace, industrial, defense, and energy industries, where he was responsible for ensuring operational excellence of the company’s services team. Brian has also held leadership positions at global consulting firms Experis, a division ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN), and RGP (Nasdaq: RGP).
Brian began his career as a corporate attorney in the software industry, serving as senior corporate counsel at SaaS provider Paciolan, Inc. and as corporate counsel at AltaVista (acquired by Yahoo!). Brian earned an MBA from the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University, a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law, and a BS in business economics from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
