Report References New Web-Based UI, Strong Vertical Market Focus, Cloud Deployment and Mobile Customization, Along with IoT and AI Breakthroughs
SYSPRO, a global provider of industry-built ERP software, has announced today that Nucleus Research has again named SYSPRO as a Leader in its 2018 ERP Technology Value Matrix. The new Nucleus report references SYSPRO’s successful 2018 product release that includes a new web-based user interface “Avanti”, strong support for both its cloud and on-premise deployments and recent technology breakthroughs. SYSPRO recently introduced and demonstrated the company’s new artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities to Nucleus Research, as well as 25 other analysts in a June 2018 analyst roadshow.
“(SYSPRO) has moved steadily up-market and is able to service tier-one enterprises, as well as small and medium-sized businesses,” says the 2018 Nucleus Report. “As part of its latest release, SYSPRO focused on delivering flexibility to its customers. Additionally, customers have the choice to deploy on-premise or to a private cloud, as well as the option of purchasing through subscription or perpetual licenses.”
The Nucleus’s 2018 Value Matrix grid positions SYSPRO clearly as one of the top three ERP vendors in the Leader quadrant. The report states that “SYSPRO continues to demonstrate commitment to delivering value to its customers, focusing on practical applications of the latest enterprise technologies. As it moves up-market, SYSPRO has ensured that its product is able to effectively scale, making its value proposition competitive in the verticals it serves.”
SYSPRO’s manufacturing and distribution expertise extends to extremely strong vertical market support for companies in the automotive parts and accessories, electronics, food and beverage, industrial machinery and equipment, fabricated metals, packaging and plastics and rubber industries, according to the report.
SYSPRO’S NEW AVANTI UI ALSO FEATURED IN SEPARATE 2018 NUCLEUS REPORT
Earlier this summer, Nucleus Research reviewed SYSPRO 8, the newest version of the company’s ERP solution. Nucleus found that “SYSPRO’s continued investments in combining new capabilities with the addition of Avanti’s enhanced UI usability can help organizations start to leverage the software more easily and incentivize existing customers to upgrade with each coming release.” A copy of the report can be found at https://us.syspro.com/analyst_report/2018-nucleus-research-syspro-and-avanti.
The Nucleus Research team said that they found it “noteworthy” that current SYSPRO users required zero training to complete tasks with the new Avanti interface. Additionally, Nucleus favorably reviewed these SYSPRO new release capabilities:
- SYSPRO IoT, which leverages the Microsoft Azure IoT Hub to help customers deploy, network and capture data from connected devices;
- Actualized machine learning, including 30 ML models that address areas like value-driver prediction and anomaly detection;
- Bot Assistants, which includes 60 skills out of the box for automating repetitive tasks.
Nucleus concluded, “The SYSPRO 8 update introduces a series of new features to SYSPRO’s existing ERP solution. From IoT enablement to chatbots and ML models, each of these features have the effect of increasing its overall functionality.”
